Can I pick up my online order?
Yes, pickup is available at 3595 Fraser St, Vancouver, BC
Do I earn CRAFT Rewards by shopping on the online CRAFT Shop?
Yes, every online store purchase is recorded on your profile in-salon. If you are new to CRAFT we will create a profile for you and start your rewards with your online purchase.
CRAFT Rewards are accumulated by retail purchases, both online and in-salon, pre-booking your next service(s), each service your receive and referrals.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We fulfill your order within 48 hours of receiving it. We always expedite your package through Canada Post. Depending on your location, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 - 7 business days or earlier.
What does it mean if the item I would like has 0 quantities?
This means your product is currently on back order. You are welcome to send us an email through the CRAFT Shop, let us know what you would like, and we would be happy to share when we expect the item to be back in stock and can contact you to let you know when it is.
What is your policy on returns?
We will happily exchange (or apply in store credit) on any full size, regular priced product within 14 days of receiving goods.
All Sale items, hot tools, travel size products, cosmetics and skin care, combs, brushes, Gift Cards, all Holiday Collections, extensions, CRAFT Merch and hair accessories are all FINAL SALE and non-refundable or exchangeable.
