HOT TIP - HOW TO APPLY
Work through towel-dried hair and style as desired. Then air dry. OR 'Squish and Scrunch technique' Scrunch the Cool Wind into hair with head flipped upside down, (hair is wet enough you can hear the Squish!) then layer Sail on top using fingers to part hair and re-scrunch. Keep hands out of hair until completely dry, Be patient! Do a few more sprays when hair is dry of Sail and scrunch!.
